movie

“Bridget Jones’s baby” premiere. / “Bridget Jonesi beebi” esilinastus.

The first movie of Bridget Jones is one of those films that I just like to watch when I need a mood lifter or some background while I do stuff at home. It’s on my list together with “Cast away”, “Pretty Woman”, “Friends” and some others. It’s like having an old friend with whom you can always have a nice chat.

And I guess a lot of people do feel that Bridget Jones is like an old friend.

The premiere of “Bridget Jones’s baby” in Coca-Cola Plaza in Tallinn was carried out in true Bridget style. There were bunnies everywhere!

And the movie itself? I have to say that I was totally disappointed in the second movie and was quite suspicious of the third one. No expectations really.

Well, I totally enjoyed “Bridget Jones’s baby”. There were enough good laughs and during the two hours that the movie lasted I was very well entertained. I don’t want to spoil anything for those who haven’t seen it yet, so I can’t really say much about the plot.

Bridget gives hope to all of those to whom things just happen… Like a lot of us, right? There can never be too much laughter in you life – let that be your motto! And of course it’s nice to remind all women that there is life after 40…

It was weird for me to see Patrick Dempsey as not Dr. Shepherd (Having watched the “Grey’s Anatomy”  a million times… You must understand me!)

I am ready to watch the movie at least one more time and I do recommend it. Go see yourself!

P.S. I’d love to see a fourth Bridget Jones movie coming – Bridget being older, making new mistakes… Bring it on!

************************

“Bridget Jonesi beebi” esilinastus Tallinnas Coca-Cola Plazas toimus ehtsas Bridget’i meeleolus.

Seega polnud mul erilisi ootusi.

Ometigi meeldis “Bridget Jonesi beebi” mulle väga!

Bridget annab lootust kõigile neile, kellega asjad lihtsalt juhtuvad….

P.S. Mul ei oleks midagi isegi neljanda Bridget Jonesi filmi vastu – Bridget taas vanem, tegemas uusi vigu… Laske tulla!
